Agreement for Three Years

After three years we will review and extend for another three years

Rate will be FOB, Delhi

Annual QTY of the Desired Products is as mentioned by you

Every year We will add 3-5 products depend upon our mutual understanding

Tab Levocarnitine Base 500mg (2*10tab)- 5000 packs/month-USD 2.50 per pack,Annual Qty - 60000 packs.

Tab Diclofenac Pottasium 50mg + Serratiopeptidase 10mg (2*10) - 5000 packs/month - USD 1.5 per pack - Annual Qty 60000packs.

Tab Levofloxacin 250mg + Ornidazole 500mg (1*10) - 3000 packs/month-USD1.10 per pack-Annual Qty 40000 packs.

We will start our cooperation with 3 positions. – Agree.

Regarding registration – all official expenses are on the exporter (manufacturer) (about 6000 USD), non official expenses are on us.- Yes and we will reimburse in commercial Invoices.

Payment terms - we can do 100% for the beginning of our cooperation.- Great.

Exclusive rights not less than 3 years.- Agree.

In drawing up the pricing policy, please take into account the fact that all expenses for advertising & marketing will be on our company - OK

We ask you to provide calculations for the above-mentioned medicines, taking into account the delivery under the terms of the CIF Tashkent (including all expenses)- OK.

We will need the samples of each product and the CDR files of the packages and doc. file of description. - Apart from Samples, we are agree on all those.

Our CEO is planing his visit to New Delhi in February 2019, we can sign contract by that time. – Agree.

50% advance at time of Order Process and 50% before Dispatch.

Above rates are FOB , Delhi and Freight will be Extra.

At the time of Contract Agreement you have to give us Token Money USD 5000.
